National Novel Writing Month

  Hello! So, I've decided to participate in National Novel Writing Month in the Young Writers Program. If you don't know what NaNoWriMo is, after you sign up (completely free by the way), you are challenged to write a novel in the month of November (which starts tomorrow, for me at least). The adult program (13 and older) has a word count goal of 50,000 words while in the Young Writers Program (17 and under) allows young writers to set their own challenging word count goal. I've set mine at 40,000 words!
   Why am I telling you guys this? I mean, this is a blog for fanfiction not for novels right? They welcome fanfiction! As long as it is a lengthy work of fiction and you consider it a novel, they do too! Just sign up and join me and many others in National Novel Writing Month in the Young Writers Program!
   This brings me to the next order of business. Due to me writing as much as possible of my novel (which isn't fanfiction btw), I won't have much time to finish writing the next chapter of The Boy With The Emerald Eyes. I promise to try to get the second chapter up as soon as possible, but that's going to be a challenge for me! Also, I'll try to update the recommendations as I've found some really amazing fanfiction recently! Thanks for reading!
