Summary: "Pitch tries to "reprogram" Jack Frost. It works, for a little while. But then it backfires, because evil acts like this one have a strange tendency to do that kind of thing. The guardians are left scrambling in their efforts to try and fix the damage and they suffer the unimaginable consequences. Horror fic. No slash. Jack and Bunny centric. Some swearing."
Okay, this story is really amazing. The writing is beautiful and if you think you're up to reading this, I recommend it. Basically, Pitch kidnapped Jack and turned him into a sort of sidekick. However, a few weeks after this happening, it backfired and Jack became very violent and uncontrollable. The Guardians step in to try to help their friend but quickly realize, that whatever Jack is, it's not their friend. After Jack basically massacres New York City, Bunny goes to distract Jack in a last ditch attempt to save their friend. It is a one shot so don't worry about being left hanging or anything. Please please please, pay attention to the warnings. No matter how much I love this story, it is extremely dark and at some points very disturbing. The way the author describes certain things almost made me want to stop reading it because it is just so graphic. If you aren't up to that kind of thing or don't enjoy it in general, don't read it and then complain about it. I hope you enjoy it if you do decide to read it though! :)
